Well folks, I’m doing it again. I’m doing the 3 day diet again (Ta Heck with BIG MIKE).
The reasoning?
Simply this: I learned this diet is damn effective. I lost a lot of weight last time- 37 lbs total. I’ve kept off 20 lbs or so which is pretty good if I do so say myself. Leaner and stronger. I’m a big boy and I want to get bigger but I still want to trim down my waistline area. I used to have an 8 pack at one point in time and I want it back.
So it is back to the Diet.
I’m not a fan of fad diets. I think hard work does more. But I know I’m an ass and this change in pattern may be just the thing to kickstart my gains, or in this case my losses.
As this diet isn’t new to me I wont blog heavily about it. I will however compare its efficacy and side effects/ parts that piss me off.
AS with all dieting and existence in general- Drink a crap load of water folks.
